These are extremely absorbent! Great for nighttime and heavy wetters! 
Fiber content: 55% Hemp, 45% Organic Cotton

3-layers of 380GSM each layer, total 1140GSM, folded 3420GSM in wet zone!! There is a middle snap for centering this in our diapers. You don’t have to use the snap but it also helps when pulling diaper onto baby so you don’t accidentally not pull up the insert with the diaper. This will leave a gap and cause leaks!
